As a direct access immigration barrister practising in immigration in London for the best part of two decades it is with some pleasure that I am happy to announced that Jay Gajjar has completed his pupillage, some 2 months early due to getting a waiver from the BSB.
I am sure Mr Gajjjar, whom I know a lot of my solicitors know already will prove to be a great asset to Imperium Chambers which continues its continued program of controlled growth.
The result of Mr Gajjar completing his pupillage earlier is that this has meant that the 2017 – 2018 pupil can start her pupillage a couple of months earlier.
The next step in the growth of chambers from within will be the interviews for the 2018 – 2019 pupils which is due to start soon. Again I have been surprised by the quality of the applicants, particularly those with a belief in assisting those on the periphery of society.
Imperium Chambers is now able to cover cases all over England and Wales and has provided advice and succeeded in getting a Scottish resident his Tier 1 Entrepreneur visa following a successful Judicial Review.
If you, a family member, friend or loved one has an immigration problem, whether that be having been detained and facing removal through to wondering what application to make please get in touch and we will see how we can help.
